a. Camera

The App may request access to your device's camera to capture QR Bar-Code images. We do not store or transmit any images or videos captured through the camera unless explicitly specified and consented to by the user.

b. Location

The App may request access to your device's location to determine if it is within a specific area. Location data is used solely within the App and is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

2. How We Use Collected Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To determine if the user is within a specific designated place, close to where he can punch.
• To read the QR Code data. Than the image is destroyed.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to third parties unless we provide you with advance notice, or as required by law.

We prioritize the security of your information and take reasonable precautions to protect it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
